didn't noe its been a mth since d previous post..oops..sry ppl
a new era has began.d new batch of sec1s r already having their first concert this sat! jiayou!!so sec 2s its time for u guys to brush up on ur playing skills b4 ur juniors overtake u..sec 3s keep up d gd work..sec 4s work hard for syf u guys will be able 2 concentrate on o level after its over..hang in there everyone.
march hols is kinda of hectic but hey its d only long hols b4 SYF. dun complain too much ok? you reap what you sow.practise hard now and we will get d results tt we want.so exchange is on wed to sat.pls check d schdule on the board and PLS BE PUNCTUAL.
playing has been improving slightly but d one thing we lack is CONSISTENCY. this is very very important.ask urselves a ques.how much do u remember wad d conductors say? do u take note of wad they say? do u practise it during sectionals? mr tan spoke to d BLs tt day and he say we are at the gold standard but tt is only if he stops and work parts by parts. if we can do it in parts, why can't we play d whole piece nicely? LACK OF CONSISTENCE. u guys noe wad to do but u ppl keep forgetting it. remember, mr tan can stand on stage n shout at u on d SYF day.
as for those ppl who r nt taking part in d SYF, conitnue to work hard. SYF is nt everything. we hv a concert coming up remember? d band still loves u!!!
CONSISTENCY ppl. its d one important thing we need to get our gold..
